Really nice place & well equipped

As the title says, the house was very much what we imagined. It's really very well equipped, very private and a real hideaway. The hosts are super-communicative and even helped us out with some supplies as we arrived late due to a flat tyre en-route. As a village it's quiet & rural as expected. Beautiful views. One night we spotted 10 shooting stars! I think the place would be really nice in the cooler months too if you're into walks/hiking etc. We did have one problem with wasps when we were there and my daughter got stung a couple of times. Obviously this is nature and not the fault of the hosts who had tried various things to reduce the issue and I understand it was bad this year due to a wet spring. It might be worth checking in advance though for the peak summer, especially if you have a very young family as it did prevent us using the pool sometimes. But overall still 5/5, thanks to the hosts again.

Thanks for the review James and sorry about the wasps! An exceptional year for them... It was a pleasure to have you at the house and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
