This villa is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or special gatherings, and can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. It features 9 modernly furnished bedrooms, 2 gallery-style bedrooms, and 7 fully equipped bathrooms. Four spacious balconies offer breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and Brijuni, while the large poolside terrace creates the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunbathing, or evening gatherings at sunset.

A special highlight of this villa is its impressive outdoor area, designed for complete enjoyment. At the center of the courtyard is a large private 50 m² swimming pool with a sun deck, accompanied by an outdoor jacuzzi for moments of pure relaxation. Guests can also enjoy both indoor and outdoor barbecue facilities, ideal for preparing delicious meals and spending warm summer evenings with family and friends.

The villa’s interior is spacious and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, a fitness room, table tennis, badminton equipment, and private parking.
