BRAND NEW MARBLE TILE BATHROOM AND BRAND NEW KITCHEN -NEW WHITE CABINETS AND ALL NEW APPLIANCES :Direct beach front spacious studio condo with a comfortable Queen size Murphy bed and a brand new sofa sleeper queen bed with memory foam and brand new recliner. There is a balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and and a heated in ground swimming pool. This is a two story building with this condo being on the 2nd floor. We are just a few steps to paradise grill and walking distance to many fantastic beach restaurants and bars. There are beach volleyball just a few second walk from the condo. This condo has the perfect location to enjoy all that St Pete Beach has to offer beach,pool,volleyball , shuffle board, restaurants ,bars,shopping and much more.

The host was not aware of the conditions of the property. Luckily enough once the host heard that we were dissatisfied and found a different property he was willing to issue a full refund.

there was some construction going on at the gulf winds complex NOT in our unit the guest complained about the noise and we immediately had the management company find them another property and we refunded their money 100% the customer service performed by management was spectacular a one star review is not just nor fair

We enjoyed our stay - the property was accurately described. Quick steps to Upham Beach and the beach grill for a drink and food. Pool was great! Cute balcony to have morning coffee and late evening fresh air.

Beach heaven

It is in the middle of repairs from storms but still offers everything you could ever want. This unit is perfect for parents with 2 kids or one couple. Pool and beach view were awesome.

Great value St Pete beach stay

There was construction starting at 800am on the first morning of my stay, but the staff were very nice and the property was everything you need in a beach condo right, across from the beach. Couldn't be beat for the price.
