For the price room was spacious, clean, with everything we needed. Beach was great and pool/hot tub was nice to have when we wanted to get away from beach for awhile. Location was excellent with many restaurants within walking distance or a 15 min car ride if you wanted to venture out a little. The beach chairs and cooler in room was a great addition and very useful.

This is the second time I've stayed at Gulf Gate, and the staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. The unit had a great amount of space and was impeccably clean. It lies in an area with excellent dining options, including one of the best italian restaurants south of Manhattan. There are a pair of grills and a covered dining space adjacent to the pool deck. The unit had extra pillows and blankets, as well as a pair of coolers. Be sure to bring your own beach towels, but there were two sets of bath towels, one set in each bathroom. Overall, this was an excellent value for the location and I'd like to return.

Gary was absolutely phenomenal! Great customer service skills. The check in process was fast. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. My ONLY reason for giving a 4star for cleanliness was because the drawers in the bathrooms needed to be wiped out. There was leftover make up and hair all over in them and it wasn't just one. The space was amazing. We had a Bayside and it was beautiful. We were looking for an ocean side however there were not any left. We got to see the sunrise from our window and a few minute walk to the beach and we were in direct view of the beautiful sunset!

We loved this beach property! It is in a great location, the beach was wonderful and really appreciated the beach chairs and toys in the closet on the balcony as well as the deck box full of toys on the patio by the barbecue grill near the community’s pool. The condo itself had just about everything you could need. The only suggestion I would make would be a Keurig coffee maker, but other than that really liked the place.

Perfect spot for my family

My family really enjoyed this condo! It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the “old Florida” look and feel. Overall it was nice and clean.. I would just like to note that the bathroom could have been cleaned better for sure. I’m always super attentive to dust and what the bathrooms look like.. it wasn’t cleaned well before our stay. Location was wonderful, right on the beach. The pool was nice. My kids enjoyed it! We loved having the view of the bay side. It was beautiful, especially seeing the boats and the lights at night. Thank you for a fun weekend stay for my family.

Our first trip to the area, we couldn't have found a better spot! The location is more than amazing. Everything that we needed was within walking distance the beach, grocery store, public bus transport which was easy to downtown. Condo was very comfortable and clean. Used on site pool, gym. Really appreciated the use of chairs, beach toys, etc. Check in/out was very easy. 100% will be back again, thank you for having us!

Everything you could ask for in one place. Steps from the beautiful gulf coast beach. Restaurants, bars and publix all within walking distance. Condo was equipped with everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen. 1 1/2 bathrooms. Private parking spot. Pool was refreshing after a day on the beach. Pool area had 2 nice gas grills and a covered pavilion. Also guests leave beach chairs, toys and rafts in pavilion for others to use.

Only issue was unit below had water leak resulting in property check in associate coming into unit unannounced which was unprofessional resulting in a heated discussion. A beautiful condo on St. Pete Beach. The views from the balcony are amazing. The apartment is spacious and has all the right amenities. Close to the local shopping plaza and restaurants. Bob and the entire staff were very helpful and friendly! My husband definitely wants to stay there again!

For many years, each year, my MOM & DAD (Scranton,Pa.), and my Twin SISTER (Albuquerque,N.M.) and Myself (Rochester,N.Y.) would get together at the Condo. This Annual 'Childhood' Family Reunion get together, more than made the purchase of the Condo. worth it. I miss them very much and will always remember them on every visit to my condo.

'NEXT BEST THING TO HAWAII'
Although I had won a trip to Hawaii, I couldn't afford to go back. My first real vacation.
My friend suggested that I should go to Florida as he loved it very much and owned Condo's on St. Pete Beach. After some coaxing, I decided to go in Oct.. I left the Chilly Northern Bleak Weather, flew at night on a air conditioned plane,, he Picked me up in a air conditioned car, and I checked into an air conditioned Condo..The next morning I opened the sliding patio door and felt the Warm Tropical Air, saw the Greenery and knew this would be the next best thing to Hawaii. I made an offer on a Condo and purchased Condo # 507 at Gulf Gate Resort.
My Son loved St. Pete Beach so much, he bought a Condo nearby on the Beach.

We are Located in the Center of "The Island of St. Pete Beach". There is Water on both sides of Gulf Gate Resort. The Gulf Of Mexico and Boca Ciega Bay, SEE GOOGLE MAP. The LARGE PRIVATE balcony has a million $$ VIEW of Boca Ciega Bay. Catch the morning Sun Rise and enjoy the distant city lights in the evening. Eat in or Eat Out, there are many fine Restuarants within walking distance. Theme parks are within a short drive.
