This beautiful 5 bedroom home is perfectly nestled in Holiday Isle, a portion of Down Town Destin. With the beach being just a short walk from the home you are just minutes from putting your toes in the Sugary White Sands of Destin's beaches.

Upon entering the home you will find that the staircase leads you up to the main living area of the home (on the 2nd floor). You will see that the large and open floor plan offers plenty of space for the whole family. The living area offers two large sofas and a couple of chairs that overlook the balcony and offers spectacular views of the tropical community that you will be residing in. You will notice that you have both a breakfast nook and a second dining area. These two dining areas will seat a total of twelve lucky guests. The larger of the two dining tables has easy access to the large and open kitchen. The kitchen features a long and beautiful granite counter-top as well as a large island in the middle. It also features stainless steel appliances. The main level (2nd floor) also has a king bedroom that shares a hallway bathroom with a bedroom containing Queen Over Twin Bunk with a slide out Trundle bed beneath.

As you continue upstairs you will find three more bedrooms all of which have King Size beds. The Master Bedroom is located on this level and features views of the Gulf of Mexico. Each of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The laundry room is also located on the third floor.

Holiday Isle:

A peninsula located south of the Destin Harbor, Holiday Isle parallels Downtown Destin. This community is a private water-surrounded oasis that is just seconds from all the excitement imaginable, and yet manages to maintain an ideal laid back communal ambiance. Accommodations offered on Holiday Isle range from intimate canal side cottages to impressive beachfront estates.

Beach Restoration Notice: Okaloosa County is conducting a beach restoration project along Holiday Isle beginning in March 2026, with sand placement expected from approximately April through early May. During this time, guests may see survey crews, equipment, and active sand placement on portions of the beach. The beach will remain open, but temporary closures may occur in work areas as the project progresses.


*Rental includes four chairs and two umbrellas seasonally. Events are strictly prohibited.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Magnolia House community pool is seasonally heated.

*Trailers and RVs are NOT permitted at this property. No weddings or events allowed.

*This property is monitored by security cameras overlooking the front door and driveway.
