I’ve stayed at multiple different condos at the Aegean over the past 20 years. This condo was amongst the best I’ve stayed at. It was clean and provided everything you would need for a great week at the beach. Which included beach towels, chairs, floatation devices and a beach wagon to transport all. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

The beach view was minimal but seen and the sound of the waves from the balcony was so peacful.. It was definitely a serene mood and atmosphere.

This place has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen of dishes, utensils, seasonings, appliances to beach toys including chairs, umbrellas, floats, boogie boards, and sand toys and wagon. Owners dropped off new grilling tools and and ice cream scoop during our stay. They responded to our questions within minutes. Condo was huge, and extremely clean. Pool was great and beach was close.

The host was great! The room was nice and the beds were super comfy. It was a super close walk to the beach and even closer to the pool. The pool was so warm (we went mid-May and were worried about it being cold). We did see some cockroaches at the property but we called the host and the condo manager had someone come and spray but there were some roaches we did see but it’s the south so we somewhat expected bugs. Aside from the bugs, it was an incredible stay.

This was the most well stocked and best places we’ve ever rented. The owner was VERY responsive with questions and/or needs. Condo was exactly as pictured. We really appreciated the beach toys, well stocked kitchen, etc. The only thing to note is that the complex only allows renters to use charcoal grills and not gas. They are shared grills. We didn’t expect this as we haven’t grilled on a charcoal for years.
