Our stay was amazing! This may be the first booking we have all unanimously agreed that we need to come back to each year. Everything was better than it looked in photos. A lot of places we have stayed have cheaper furniture, but everything in this house was quality from pillows and mattresses, to the couches and chairs. Check in and out was a breeze and the addition of the new pool and spa took this stay over the top. Place was also very clean. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an oceanfront home on Amelia Island!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! Our family has been coming to Amelia for 40 years and have stayed just about everywhere — this is truly one of the best. The house itself is incredible, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to booking our trip for next year!

The transition from the grass to the wooden steps needs to be addressed. It is very unsafe for the elderly or ones that may have handicaps. Putting in steps with railroad ties or some way to stabilize the transition is needed now. If no change then it needs to be listed in the write up for the house.
