This property is an old farmhouse which House and cottage have been renovated to the same tenant The house is in the small hamlet of Chivalry in the Monts du Forez The house has 6 bedrooms A bathroom A bathroom toilet A dining kitchen with Laves linen tableware etc ... A TV Fireplace lounge with a 3 seater sofa and 6 chairs a games room with table tennis front of the entrance is a covered terrace with table chairs One one side yard a house with 1 bed 120cm a wood stove a Foosball table furniture On the other side of the court Grange a 3 car garage and wood shed for the fire The whole opening on a large lawn enclosed outdoor area in front of meadows on the other side of the house on the arrival tarmac road is still a dirt road accessing a large forest of fir peak at an altitude of 1248m The house is 950m from the path it has beautiful views on the chain of Volcanoes

Trois jours et deux nuits,pour un anniversaire en famille... parents, fils et belles filles et petits enfants.beaucoup de place dans cette vielle ferme,en pleine nature..beau Point de vue..très calme.. les enfants adorent explorer la maison,de quoi les occuper...ainsi que la cour,la grange,le jardin..tout clôturé..la grange peut accueillir trois voitures.. ferme dans son jus, dépaysement assuré..maison très conviviale..on a tous adoré..

Heel sober verblijf in een mooie omgeving

Het verblijf zelf viel mee, maar het huis is oud, ziet er soms vervallen uit en lag er niet heel proper bij. Ook zouden de elektrische toestellen mogen vernieuwd worden. ijskast is stokoud. Eigenaar is wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Superbe maison ancienne pleine de charme au calme. Propriétaire vraiment très gentil et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis reposant. Belles ballades à proximité.

Bon souvenir de Noël

Vaste maison idéale pour qu'une famille se retrouve autour de la grande table de cuisine ou de la cheminée (bois à volonté, un plus car la maison en hiver est assez froide) . Le propriétaire nous avait fait un superbe sapin de Noël.

Nous avons passé le nouvel an à 13 dans cette maison, parfaitement dimensionnée pour un tel nombre. La maison est fonctionnelle et la cheminée permet de maintenir une température agréable dans le salon. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

Une location idéale pour les rassemblements !

La location est parfaite pour les rassemblements "sans chichis" entre amis ou en famille. Simplicité des lieux et environnement paisible. De beaux volumes, qu'il s’agisse de la maison ou des extérieurs; La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire en quantité suffisante. La salle baby foot et l'espace ping pong ont ravi grands et petits. L'option " préchauffage" de la maison, lits et ménage a été grandement appréciée. Tous les services et commerces se situent à une dizaine de kilomètres, dans la commune de Noirétable, facilement accessible par une route nationale en très bon état . Mention spéciale à Michel Delaire, le propriétaire, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. C'était trop court - Nous reviendrons !

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette vieille maison à l'intérieur bien rénové, dans un petit hameau très calme, et ceci pour un prix modéré puisque que nous étions à l'aise à 10. De plus Vollore Montagne est une campagne très verdoyante, dans un cadre de belles moyennes montagnes, couvertes de forêts de sapins. Des sentiers de randonnée offrent de beaux points de vue sur la chaine des volcans.
