About this accommodation
Our old renovated barn is an atypical place, perfect for a quiet stay in the middle of nature.
15 minutes from Thiers and all amenities, the cottage offers an unobstructed view, ideal for a change of scenery with friends or family.
The cottage will offer you a stay in the middle of nature, allowing you to discover a beautiful region with varied activities.
Less than 20 minutes from local and family activities (lake in Thiers). St Rémy, walks), the cottage is 40 minutes from Puy-de-Dôme, and 1 hour from Vulcania.
The accommodation
Freshly renovated, we are happy to offer you our cottage for 1 year.

La Grange is located in a quiet area, not overlooked, in the middle of the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park.

9 beds in 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 shower room and 1 toilet
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 shower room and 1 toilet
- Bedroom 3: 2 x 2 bunk beds, 1 water point and 1 toilet
- Living room on the mezzanine: 2 additional beds via 1 sofa bed

The Barn is divided into 3 half-levels + an adjoining extension:

- Lower half level: Bedroom 1 and its shower room.
- Half central level: Dining room with wood stove and access to the extension.
- Half upper level: Mezzanine living room with access to the extension.

The extension is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: Kitchen + Bedroom 3 and its water point.
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 and its shower room.

Possibility to park 3 cars in front of La Grange.
Other remarks
Fitted sheets, Pillowcases and duvet covers can be provided on request (charged at €8 per bed with a maximum of €60).
Towels, tea towels, shower mats are not provided.
The necessary to start your stay in peace will be offered to you: toilet paper, coffee filter, dishwasher tablets...
We also provide 2 raclette machines.
When you leave, please put the bins in the containers located a little further down the road, and store the clean dishes in the cupboards.
Before you leave, please clean the used rooms of the cottage.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Un séjour incroyable !Tout est parfait, Sébastien et son épouse sont très accueillants, une volonté de rendre le sejour le plus agreable possible.Tout est parfaitement expliqué, du fonctionnement des plaques de cuisson à la procédure d'arrivée ( avec photos!) Le gîte est très bien équipé. C'est une bulle de confort!La vue du gîte est magnifique, en plein coeur du parc Livradois-Forez, en pleine nature. Des randonnées superbes, des paysages magnifiques, nous n'avions pas envie de partir!

Les hôtes nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux, et se sont montrés particulièrement attentifs à ce que notre séjour se déroule au mieux, restant disponibles au téléphone tout du long en cas de besoin. La mise à disposition d'appareils à raclette a été un réel plaisir pour le groupe de 10 personnes que nous étions. Le gîte est spacieux et chaleureux à la fois. Nous avons passé d'agréables soirées, auprès du poêle ou sur la mezzanine. La nature alentour est particulièrement belle, d'autant que la terrasse du gîte offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée, dont les couleurs sont remarquables à l'automne.
