We loved everything about Phoenix Gulf Shores The condo was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Parking was a benefit. Pools were perfect. Deck was spacious. Sad to have to leave early because of a hurricane.

This is the 7th or 8th time we have stayed here. New furniture with big sectional is great for larger group. Location is great, as is the layout. We had 12 people stay comfortably (with 2 baby beds).The dishwasher is older and never released soap, so dishes didn't get cleaned. Had to leave some other dirty dishes in sink. Also, the oven works and the large right burner on stove works, but the left large burner comes on, but seems like it is burning out - never got red hot.Overall, great stay!

Very convenient with parking same level. Beautiful view, staff very friendly. Had more than enough kitchen supplies, (silverware, plates, pots/pans. If a large party could use more bath towels.

Great stay!

Our group of 12 had a great stay! Loved waking up to the ocean front view. It was convenient to walk to the beach back to the condo for lunch. We would stay here again!

Everything was as advertised and a great location. I suggest you bring your own toilet paper and extra trash bags.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow! We has a great time! Our unit was perfect, plenty of room so everyone isn’t on top of each other. I would say only disappointment is when it is stated, ‘we provide one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. One dishwasher packet for one load of dishes, etc.That is exactly what there is and plan accordingly.Salt and pepper and a couple spices would have been good. And maybe hand soap in each bathroom

Wonderful week

This was our first time to stay in a condo and we loved it. Location was amazing and the covered parking was a plus. Kitchen could use some sharper knives but that's just a small complaint.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay!

We stayed at this property with a group of friends and kids ranging from four years old to 17 years old. It was an absolutely wonderful property. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the amenities you could need! There were blenders and crockpots, etc.! Having the laundry right in the unit was wonderful.Great stay!

Family vacation

This was our second time staying and we loved it. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Parking on the same floor of the condo is so convenient. Plenty of storage in the condo and plenty of room as we had 8 people.

Nice condo with views from all rooms except 1 bedroom. Easy beach access. Kids used pool, gym , and pickle ball court.Only negative (minor)was Jack n Jill bathroom could use an organizer for shampoo, soap, ECT. Would definitely stay here again!

My sisters and I took our 90 year old mother this past week. She can’t walk on the beach anymore but the views from the balcony made her feel like she had. Parking was convenient on the 6th floor with elevator access for everything else.

Beautiful condo!

We had the best time on our vacation. We were a group of 9 and fit very comfortably in the condo. Very clean and very beautiful. The kids loved the water slide in the pool, and the view of the ocean is perfect from the balcony. In fact, being a corner unit, their are multiple gorgeous views from various rooms in the condo. I personally enjoyed having coffee each morning and watching dolphins from the balcony. Communication with owner was quick, helpful, and efficient. We will definitely keep this place in mind when traveling with a large group again!

This condo is in a very nice location. We enjoyed being right on the beach. There was plenty of seating in the living room and at the table for our group of 5 adults, which one of the most important things I look for in a rental. The condo building was clean. We enjoyed spending our Christmas holiday there. I would encourage the host to leave extra trashbags and especially dishwasher soap for renters. Its silly that guests have to buy an entire box of trashbags, dishwasher soap and papertowels when a couple more of each item would have been enough for our stay. We had to leave the boxes of supplies behind. I hope they were left in the unit for the next guests to spare them some cost. Also, the kitchen needs a good scrub brush. We liked this unit and would rent it again!
