Nothing but a 5* review for unit and property. Visited in October of 2026. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Beds and furnishings very comfortable. Unit had everything we needed. Unit is as described and you will enjoy. Had no reason to contact host as everything was organized in pre booking and day of arrival. Property front desk assistants very friendly and informative. We will return again. Nabors family, Tennessee.

The host was awesome and very helpful. Beautiful condo. Very clean!!! Nice bathrooms and spacious closets. One of the best condos we’ve rented. Looks exactly like pictures. The pool is excellent and my granddaughter loved the slide. Great parking and beach view. I would highly recommend this condo.

Good Times!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property as advertised! Washing machine not working upon arrival, but Phoenix Rentals was on it quickly and had it replaced the next day. Excellent service!

Fantastic Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were actually 4 families in a 3bedroom condo since a 4 wasn’t available on our needed dates for a last minute trip. We chose this condo for the lazy river and slide since we did have a small child that would require some entertaining. The condo was absolutely wonderful. Very clean. Included everything we needed. Plenty of room. View was fantastic from the 14th floor. Parking was easy. The hardest part for us was finding the entrance. Using the map we all missed it a few times. Especially at night. And all when leaving it’s a right turn only.... And there’s plenty of room to turn left without having to go make a U turn. We also had a little trouble finding and getting the parking pass at the kiosk but front desk had it printed and ready! Overall. We loved it and would love to come stay there again!
