This 1st floor detached home with independent entrance and garden was built in the 1960s and retains the old atmosphere,
It is a few meters from the sea and a 10-minute walk from the old town of Chania.
The neibourhood is very quiet but also very close - 5 minutes walk from the new city center - the Dikastiria square.
It is located on the east side of the city and on your way to the airport
There is a number of taxis a few meters away and also an urban bus stop.
All the city has to offer is at your fingertips.
