I was pleasantly surprised by this apt. New, very clean and had everything we needed. A block from Nea Chora with lots of restaurants and away from the crowded old town but close enough if to go into town. The walk is a good 20-25 minutes into old town. The check in is done away from the apt which wasn’t a problem for us since we had a car a knew what we weee doing. The apartments are owned and run by Elias Properties which appears to now be common in Chania.
A terrific apartment in a great location. Grateful to have parking in this city, where parking can be a challenge. The ocean was close, as were terrific restaurants, shops, and museums. We particularly enjoyed our breakfasts at the Wood Oven Bakery, 20m from the apartment. I would stay here again.
