Great family villa

Good sized villa for a family holiday. Beach and town in walking distance. The pool made the holiday for us and used it every day. Excellent value for money and great communication from Guzman villas. We will definitely book again.

Anduriña

Very convenient location, Villas Guzman was always very quick to reply whenever we had a question, and we enjoyed the spacious house very much. We will definitely return to this accommodation during our next stay in Moraira. Thank you!

Great location, lots of space but basic inside.

Location, walking distance to nice restaurants. Interior and outside furniture is basic. And nothing in the kitchen available (oil, herbs, coffee, handsoap)

Fantastic location walking distance to bars, town, & restaurants loads of parking. Felt very safe. The property is in need of renovation plenty of room for 8 I would say 10 might be a push. No hair dryer no condiments no clean products and no complimentary shampoo or shower gel. Not all rooms have air conditioning. Saying that would go back. Probably because of the fantastic location

3/5 stars - property could do with some maintenance

4 people stayed in this villa. I wouldn’t recommend it for 10 people (max 8). Only 6 sun loungers and chairs etc. Nothing provided by villa Guzmans (hosts). No hand soap for toilet, no salt and pepper, no surface spray / wipes. Location is fantastic but property needs updating. Paint is peeling and doors are worn and torn etc. cushion covers have holes in and sun loungers need a good scrub down Few issues with leaking taps and broken dishwasher & toilet. Not the best customer service from Villa Guzman on this. Pool was a great size and depth for 4 people. Not overlooked which is great. Air con only in 2 out of 6 bedrooms
