The property was advertised with an image of 2 single beds which is why we booked the apartment. When we arrived there was a double bed setup and only 1 set of sheets. We paid extra for linen and there was not much lined supplied. One of our kids had to go without any sheets which was sub standard The property had no kettle or toaster but advertised with both of these. There are several different keys that are not labelled which makes it challenging to get in and out of the property every time you come and go. Overall the apartment was basic for a weeks stay and with lots of other options for the same price we would probably try another option next time. The apartment was quiet and there are lots of pots if you want to cook.

Top lage und alles in allem ok.

Daniele ist sehr nett und hat umgehend bei Fragen geantwortet. Beim Checkin war er jedoch nicht anwesend. Die Unterkunft wird von einem Ehepaar, dass in der nähe Wohnt betreut. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann von da aus sehr gut ins Zentrum zu Fuss gelangen und kann aber auch zum Strand von Simius laufen (ca. 12 Gehminuten). Die Unterkunft war mehrheitlich sehr saube. Oben an den Wänden und der Decke hatte es kleine Resten von Spinnennetzen (aber das war nicht weiter schlimm). Die Unterkunft besitzt ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem grossen Schrank und ein Kinderzimmer mit zwei separaten Betten. Im Wohn- und Essraum gibt es eine ausziehbare Couch die als Doppelbett genutzt werden kann. Der Aussenbereich (Terasse) ist sehr gross und schön. Der Esstisch draussen war jedoch nicht so praktisch. Diesen Metalltisch würde ich ersetzen. Was uns am meisten gestört hat, waren die Pfannen zum kochen. Keine einzige war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Alle waren ziemlich alt und mehr oder weniger stark verkratzt. Lieber weniger Pfannen aber dafür gute Qualität und unverkrazt! Das hintere Bad (ich denke es kam vom Abfluss der Dusche) hat immer ein wenig nach Abwasser gerochen, aber das war auch nicht weiter schlimm da man ja täglich duscht und dann verschwindet der Geruch für eine Weile. WLAN war nicht verfügbar. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft aber zu empfehlen. Beim Checkout war auch alles sehr gut abgelaufen.

Tolle Lage, kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses! Vermieter immer direkt über What's App erreichbar. Das Haus hat eine Garage, super stark ! Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Grosse Wohnung, gute Lage

Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Infos zur Kerrichtrennung fehlten. Die nicht grosse Garage wird als Eingang zur Souterrainwohnung benutzt, d.h. Velos werden am parkierten Auto vorbei geschoben. Zugang zur Wohnung im 1. Stock erfolgte durch eine Schiebetüre, deren Schloss defekt war. Deshalb konnte die Wohnung nicht abgeschlossen werden. Pfannen alle sehr zerkratzt. Lage gut, 5 Gehminuten zum gut assortierten Lebensmittelladen und Bäckerei. Strände während der Nebensaison sehr schön. Ab Mitte Juni dürfte es eng werden.

Fantastic apartment in Villasimius

We (two adults, two boys of 7 and 11 years) stayed in the flat for ten days in October and really had a wonderful holiday. The spacious apartment and the big terrace are just like in the pictures and were more than we could ask for. The rooms are furnished with care and in modern design, everything was in perfect order and very clean. Everything we needed and much more was provided – a nightlamp for kids, scissors for poultry, … The equipment was perfect! In October it was very quiet in the area even though the apartment is close to the centre of the village. There’s a supermarket and a bakery within a five- minute walk, the centre is about ten minutes away. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes but we always took the car in order to go to different splendid places. The owner was not on site but nevertheless he was always helpful and caring via phone. When we arrived we were welcomed by a friendly couple and were able to leave our luggage even though the apartment wasn’t ready yet as it was still early in the morning. We also had to leave very early ten days later and the handover of keys was on time and trouble-free. We can only recommend this lovely flat that truly deserves five stars.
