Detached six double bed luxury property, minutes from Soho Farm House, with a large and spacious garden.

The bedrooms are all relatively spacious with super king, brand new hotel quality beds in 5 of 6 bedrooms (these beds can also be split into single beds). The sixth bedroom has a double bed and two single beds.

The Ranch is South facing and benefits from the sun most of the day, the garden extends over 30 metres and gets even more sun. The garden is a beautiful, safe and very private space.

The kitchen and sitting room open out onto the decking area, BBQ area, and garden and link perfectly into each other.

Separate private dining room seats 14 in a contemporary environment.

The Ranch

Great property in a pretty village location. Lots to do without having to go far. Great kitchen and bedrooms. We had a party of 14, age ranges from 18-92.

Perfect accommodation & location!

This property is absolutely brilliant for a bigger group of friends or family! The decoration is modern whilst keeping with the feel of the building and area. All rooms are extremely spacious, 2 of which had great en suites! The garden is the crowning jewel of this property, it is beautiful and absolutely massive! The location itself is great as you’re not far from Banbury or Chipping Norton (10-15 min drive to Soho Farmhouse). Definitely would book again!

Weekend stay for daughters wedding.

The property was perfect for my daughters wedding weekend a lovely setting in which she got ready for the event. We only had a small problem of the main oven not working on the Friday night so I was unable to cook the food that I had bought with me. We had to order takeaway pizzas which the cost of has now been refunded to us by our host. Thank you Nick. The only possible negative comment I would make about the property is the outdoor furniture need a bit of maintenance and updating. The Garden itself is beautiful as is the property.
