Peaceful place to stay

Overall we had a nice stay in the resort which has golf courts, tennis, swimming pool, and is close to the beach. The accommodation itself was nice. Unfortunately, there is hardly any daylight on the lower floor due to the many pine trees. It was not very tidy but ok. On arrival, we first ventilated the rooms a lot because it smelled very musty (also the curtains in the bedroom the whole time). We also wiped other areas first (stairs, kitchen). The handling after check-out was disappointing, as we were additionally charged EUR 60 for alleged damages. Also disproportionate because we had already paid several thousand euros for the location for the 2.5 weeks.

Bonjour Je vous ai rencontré sur place vous sembliez passer d'agréable vacances puisque vous avez prolongez votre séjour de 2 nuits... Je regrette autant que vous ces soi disants désagréments qui sont probablement du au fait que je vous ai réclamé 60 euros pour un store cassé De mon côté, après votre départ j'ai trouvé retrouvé une maison très sale, les lits n'étant même pas défaits concernant le problème d'humidité dont vous ne m'avez pas parlé auparavant ...: le taux d'humidité dans l'air en bord de mer est de plus de 90%, il est nécessaire de ventiler malgré cela , la maison est saine, il n'y a aucun problème d'humidité (il y a une ventilation mécanique qui fonctionne en permanence) un store était de plus cassé. non seulement vous ne l'avez pas signalé mais vous avez démentis l'avoir cassé suite au photos que je vous ai envoyé vous avez reconnu le dégât le prix du store est de 45 euros, j'ai du aller à DAX pour le changer (aller retour 80kms et 2h de perdue)

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Golfanlage mit herrlicher Terrasse. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Zum ruhigeren Strand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, zum belebten Strand mit Gastronomie sind es knapp 20 Minuren zu Fuss, wobei die Wege selbst schon sehr schön als Spaziergang sind. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Klein maar fijn. Wij wisten al dat dit geen echte ruime huisjes zijn, maar de complete uitrusting en leuke inrichting maakt een hoop goed. Alles verder prima geregeld en de locatie zo dicht bij het strand en de boulevard is echt fantastisch!!

Très bonne location

Villa propre, fonctionnelle (rien ne manque). Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Bien située: à 2 pas de la piscine de la résidence, 10 min à pieds de l'océan et des locations de velo. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Super

Le complexe est merveilleusement calme et bénéficie d'un bel emplacement. La maison a tout à fait répondu à nos attentes. Il y a une cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons loué des vélos pour pouvoir nous rendre plus rapidement à la plage et au supermarché. Le réseau de pistes cyclables nous a inspiré ! La piscine est accessible en quelques marches. Jocelyne était toujours disponible pour nos questions et préoccupations. Merci pour ça.

Maison à la hauteur de nos espérances

Habituée à passer mes vacances en famille dans ce lieu, la maison a été le plus pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Maison très bien située au calme propre et très bien refaite.

Petite maison très agréable dans le domaine Pierre et Vacances , très bien équipée , très au calme face à un golf et ombragée et à 3mn à vélo d’une très belle plage .
