Reverse level villa with main sleeping areas on the lower ground floor. "Sandy Feet" villa is set into a slope so that both the ground floor and the lower ground have direct access to outside spaces. Open plan kitchen/living/dining space with direct access to terrace and pool.
1 ground floor double room (at the living room level) with ensuite shower room. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet & washbasin. On the lower ground there are three more bedrooms (a double room master with ensuite, twin room (bunkbeds), triple room (bunkbeds & a single bed) 1 shower room with wc, 1 ensuite bathroom with separate shower + bath with wc and a laundry room. *** Please note that pool heating requires a supplement before 3rd week of June and after 2nd week of September *** . We are a young (just about) family based in Cornwall, UK. This is our holiday home that we chose to stay in when we come to France but we also run the house as a holiday let too.

Why they chose this property

We love our house because of its proximity to the beach, restaurants and the golf course. Once you put your car on the driveway, you really don't need to use it if you don't want to. Everything you need is a short walk away which was key for us when we decided we loved Moliets enough to buy a home here. There are bigger grocery shops in Moliets village and Leon and there is plenty to explore by car if you want to.

What makes this property unique

There are limited number of properties with a pool in such close proximity to the beach and to the Club House on the Golf course. We think our home is a comfortable and well appointed place to either use a base to go off exploring and to stay right where you are and relax.
