Villa Panorama is located next to the village of Sternes and just a five-minute drive from the well-known sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Set on a hillside, the villa enjoys breathtaking views over Souda Bay and a calm, elevated setting, ideal for a relaxed Cretan getaway..


The 230 sq. m. villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, with the option to host up to 14 guests if needed.


First Floor

-Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, fold-out stool (0.80m x 2.00m) for the 11th guest, vanity, closet, and private balcony.
-Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and fold-out stool (0.80m x 2.00m) for the 12th guest.

-Bedroom 5: Two twin beds (0.80m x 2.00m each), convertible into a Queen-size bed upon request, plus a single sofa bed (0.77m x 2.00m) for the 14th guest.

Pool heating available for an additional daily charge, upon request(minimum one weeks notice required).

Exclusive outdoor relaxation area, available to guests staying at the villa. Located on a peaceful private property just a short distance from the villa and surrounded by beautiful olive trees, this outdoor space has been created especially for guests who arrive early or have a late departure due to their flight schedules.
Our complimentary facilities offer the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. You are welcome to leave your luggage securely while enjoying a refreshing drink and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings.
