Villa Meliti is a modern 185 m2 villa with an outdoor space of 600 m2, featuring a barbecue by the lawn and a 50 m2 swimming pool. The Villa is part of a 4000 m2 private green plot full of trees, including olive trees, orange trees, and lemon trees, which you are free and invited to explore anytime. Depending on the time of the year, you might even get to taste some seasonal fruits.

The living room is located on the ground floor and has a 42'' LCD satellite TV, home cinema, Netflix subscription, and Roku streaming player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and a cooker with ceramic hearth. Finally, one of four bedrooms is on the villa's ground floor.

All bedrooms have 32'' Smart TVs and air conditioning units with individual climate control. They feature comfortable mattresses and bedding, a spacious wardrobe, fine linens, towels, beach towels, and a safe box.

In addition to the above, a working space is available at 50 meters from Villa Meliti.
