Featuring 14km of fine, sandy beaches, a marina with 3000 moorings, endless water sports and other activities including the International Tennis Club or the 18-hole International Golf Course, there's something for everyone here. Enjoy strolling around the marina, taking in the sites on a leisurely bike ride, sailing, exploring the old city of Agde or more during your relaxing holiday. Our lovely 35m2 duplex studio can comfortably accommodate 2 guests but sleep up to 4!

Our cozy STUDIO features a Double sofa bed and there is a Mezzanine accessible by stairs with a Double bed. Rent bed linen on-site for €12/person and beds can be made on arrival for €10/bed. Looking for something to watch? Turn on the TV. Low-speed Wi-Fi is available for FREE at the reception.

Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a microwave and an electric hot plate. Need some coffee to wake up in the morning? We've got you covered: our unit comes with a coffee maker! You can enjoy all of your meals at the dining table.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Le Saint-Clair, where our property is conveniently located. These include the outdoor pool (open from April to September) and the fitness center. There are paid laundry facilities on-site, and a guest services team to ensure you have a stress-free stay.

Street parking may be available nearby. If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max). Cats and category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning will be provided from €40 to €50. Or, tidy up your space using the cleaning kit, available for €3.90/kit.

There are a number of wonderful things to do here! If you want to cook in-room, pick up groceries from the Lidl grocery store, just a 24-minute drive away. We'd recommend venturing out one evening to grab dinner at Les Jardins de l'Alhambra, just a 5 minute drive away - you'll find good value for a tasty meal! Spend your days on the lovely beaches nearby, or bring the kids over to the fun Aqualand water park, just a 6-minute drive away.
