During school holidays and in July and August, stay only from Saturday to Saturday.
Apartment "feet in the water" for 4 people in 1st line facing the sea with direct access to the beautiful sandy beach of Rochelongue.
It will seduce you with its large south-facing terrace (a sheltered part and an open part with an electric awning) with full sea and pool view.
It is located on the 1st floor in a beautiful secure residence with swimming pool, landscaped enclosed garden, petanque court and 2 ping-pong tables, in the "Mail de Rochelongue" district (many shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, caterer, fishmongers, food, bakeries, tobacco press, entertainment and markets, bike rental...).
Fully renovated and equipped apartment consists of:
- a cabin bedroom (with window) with 2 bunk beds of 80 cm,
- a living room with reversible air conditioning, equipped with a 160 cm BZ bench for 2 people (DUNLOPILLO mattress), a flat screen TV with 28 French TNT channels.
- a kitchen area (2 ceramic hobs, mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Dolce-Gusto espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, plancha or BBQ on legs.
- a bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hair dryer.
- Separate toilet,
- 1 numbered parking space in an enclosed car park (gate with remote control).
Final cleaning optional to be paid on site.
Pets accepted under conditions and up-to-date vaccination record.
