Nice clean place in a good location. The property managers answered the phone when we called and were very helpful. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was nice. Everything in the condo was affordable, but so was the rental price. Be sure to bring your own cooking oil, shampoo, and conditioner. Had one noisy neighbor, but they were done before 11pm.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

Family weekend

We had a great time in units A and B this weekend for a trip with family visiting from different parts of the country. The location can’t be beat and the proximity to the beach is awesome. We also used the pool which we enjoyed.

My family and I spent a wonderful long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday in this great condo! It is in a wonderful location-close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. One of my favorite things about it is the deck which is shaded and breezy from early afternoon on. We are hoping to return here every year if possible. Highly recommend.

Great place, great host

We had a wonderful time and Matthew was a great host; very knowledgeable about the Island. It's a short walk to the beach and it's close to town. The rental is extremely clean and has all the necessities. We both would highly recommend staying here.

The best experience we have ever had at the beach. The host was very friendly and attentive, and the condo was beautiful and clean. EVERYTHING we would need was furnished (besides food). We highly recommend 2020 sandpoint! You won’t be disappointed.

This property is not on the beach or just off the beach. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved how close we were to everything. Gas, groceries, ice, restaurants galore and parks. We had a great time and will definitely come back.
