All renovated very cozy, very close to the beach. 5 km from the center of Valencia. Very accessible from the airport by metro or Taxi. The apartment is new, it has all the necessary appliances fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, coffee machine, reverse osmosis water, air conditioning, heating, cable TV, Internet, bed linen and bathroom.
It is located on a farm of three heights after entering 5 steps on the bullet plant; It does not have an elevator. It only has two apartments per height, being The Flow 1 and 2 together at the same height.
