This property is available for short-term rentals ranging from 11 nights to 11 months.This unit is located near the city centre yet sits in a peaceful and serene area at night, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring or work.As you step into the room, you’ll be greeted by modern decor that exudes comfort and sophistication.The newly renovated historic building masterfully combines a classic style with a modern twist. Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with plush, comfortable beds and high-quality linens to ensure a good night’s sleep.There is also a convertible sofa bed, which is perfect for large groups of family or friends (bringing the total capacity to 6 people). The unit features two clean and spotless bathrooms, one of which is en suite.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you’ll need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Other amenities we offer include a TV, air conditioning for heating and cooling, a washer-dryer combo, an iron, and a hair dryer. A deposit of 900 euros is required one week before arrival via an external link to the Guest Portal on Hostaway. The deposit will be released within a few days after your checkout.

House Rules
1. To access the accommodation, you must complete the check-in form and add payment methods for the deposit in the Guest Portal. Once the property has been inspected for any potential damage, the deposit will be released within a few days.
2. The deposit may be used to cover any damage to the property, charges for unauthorised additional guests, and excessive utility usage (such as charging an electric car or leaving the air conditioner on).
3. Charging electric cars using the property’s electricity is not permitted.
4. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival and departure times.
5. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please ensure that you have received and understood the instructions.
6. Less than 7 days before arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of nights or the number of guests in the reservation. No refund will be issued in this case.
7. One queen-size bed will be provided for every two people in the group; however, you may request additional beds based on the number of guests.
8. The duvet covers can be found in the closet or in a box under the bed.
9. The apartments have electronic locks that should not be tampered with. If you encounter any problems with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise, you will be charged 800 euros for any damage.
10. Quiet hours in the building are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
11. Parties are prohibited.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. Guests are not permitted; each guest will be counted as an additional person in the accommodation, and you will be charged accordingly.
14. The fee for each additional person is 40 euros per night, plus a 15% commission that may be deducted from the security deposit.
15. The total cleaning service fee is 80 euros plus a 15% commission.
16. Some consumables, such as coffee capsules (Tassimo), toilet paper, etc., are provided in limited quantities and will not be restocked; however, you can find what you need at Mercadona, Consum, etc.
17. If you need an invoice, please let us know before your stay ends, along with the necessary details so we can update the invoice.
18. Please place your trash in the trash bins on the street.
19. On the day of check-out, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner, and close the apartment door behind you.

To ensure compliance with current public safety regulations, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask guests to provide a photo of their ID and/or a selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to prevent its alteration, loss, improper processing, or unauthorised access.

How Our Deposit Authorisation System Works
Our deposit system works through a **card authorisation (pre-authorization)** rather than a permanent charge.
When the client authorises the deposit, how it appears on their bank account depends on the type of card used:
* **Credit card:** the deposit appears as a **pre-authorized hold** on the available credit.
* **Debit card:** The deposit may appear as a **charge or blocked amount** on the client’s bank account, depending on the bank and card provider.
The authorisation is automatically repeated **every seven days**. At the end of each seven-day period, the system releases the previous authorisation and creates a new authorisation for the same deposit amount.
**It is important to note that there may be a brief period during which the release of the previous authorisation is not yet visible in the customer’s bank account. During this time, the client may temporarily see both the previous and the new authorisation and may therefore think that two deposits have been held. However, this does not mean that two deposits have been charged or held by us. The previous authorisation has already been released by our system; it simply may take some time for the client’s bank to process and display the release.**
This process continues throughout the stay and is repeated until **two days after check-out**.
Two days after check-out, the deposit is fully released by our system. However, the time it takes for the released amount to become visible and available again in the customer’s account depends entirely on the customer’s bank and card issuer. In some cases, it may take approximately **10 to 15 additional days** for the amount to appear in the account.
Therefore, although we release the deposit according to the established schedule, the exact timing for the funds to become available is determined by the guest’s bank and is beyond our control.
