Casa do Meio is less than 3 minutes' walk from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz.
It is situated in a quiet neighborhood.
It is a duplex, with garage on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils, WC and terrace with barbecue.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the attic has 2 single beds and wc.

Super localisation juste a côté de la mer. Très bon rapport qualité prix, l'appartement est grand et possède plusieurs supers terrases avec vue sur mer. C'est très agréable !
