This spacious holiday villa with sea views really does have everything you need for the perfect family holiday. The property has a private fenced pool and is also located within a high quality urbanisation right next to the beach. The urbanisation provides lovely walkways with well kept gardens to the beach and Nikki Beach Club along with water sports and rock-free sea entry. There are restaurants, bars etc all at your doorstep. The airport is 30 minutes away and this villa truly is the perfect place for a large family group to take a great holiday on the Costa del Sol. Please keep in mind that this beach house has old furniture and is quite out-dated but is perfect for families for up to ten guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and the two lounges have full Sky TV package enabled for all the movies and sports channels along with several other international channels. There is also a high speed fibre optic internet access point with Wifi and a safe is available in the property. The indoor dining area provides dining for up to eight guests. Upstairs on the first floor there are three bedrooms including the master bedroom which has its own outside balcony with spectacular sea views. Upstairs to the top level, there is a further twin room with bathroom. Passing through this room you will get to a double bedroom area. Note that there is no actual door that cuts off the double bedroom area from the twin bedroom area. This would be a good place for children who like to be close to the parents. You have spectacular sea views from here as well. Going outside from the lounge you pass out onto a terraced area next to the fenced pool. Here there is a dining area for up to ten guests plus a relaxing comfortable seating area for up to eight guests with a gas powered barbeque. To the side of the house is the main garden which is mainly grass and some Mediterranean plants. There is parking for only one car in front of the house and the community swimming pool is off-limits as it´s only for the residents that own apartments.
