The view from the house of the lake and islands was fabulous, the house itself was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped.You need a car to get down to Baveno where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants and a lovely bakery.Make sure you take mosquito spray if sitting outside in the evenings.Would definitely go back there just for the view if nothing else!

Lovely flat overlooking the lake

Perfect for a small group. Great view out over the lake and comfortable throughout the day. Highway down the hill can be heard, but it was fine.

Pleasant stay

We really loved our stay in Villa Primula. Patrizia was very responsive from the beginning and made it easy for us. She recommended lots of places to visit, restaurants and tips in general what to do. House itself was even better than in the pictures. The view from the living room to the Lago Maggiore was like post card. Kitchen had everything you need and the beds were very comfortable as well. Don’t look any further and book it if you have option to do so. Stresa is also very beautiful place. Take a ferry to Isola Bella etc. Absolutely loved it! Thanks for the pleasant stay. We will be back!

Es war eine schöne Zeit!Patrizia die Verwalterin hat uns sehr gut eingewiesen.Die Wohnung war soweit sauber und ordentlich. Es war für uns etwas verwirrend, da in dem Inserat von der Villa gesprochen wird, jedoch eben nur eine Wohnung darin vermietet wird. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionsfähig.Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich umfasst eine Terasse zum draußen sitzen und einen kleinen abgesteckten Gartenanteil, wo Liegestühle sind.Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Leider ist die Wohnung oberhalb der Autobahn, die zwar nicht zu sehen, aber sehr laut ist.Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, sonst sind die Wege zu lang. Ein Parkplatz vor Ort ist verfügbar. Das Wlan war bei uns leider sehr langsam.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine besondere Ferienwohnung in einem großen Haus.Das Besondere ist der fantastische Blick vom Balkon, dem Garten und aus den beiden Panoramafenstern.Die Wohnung liegt in Someraro, einem kleinen Ort nördlich von Stresa. Stresa ist 8 Autominuten entfernt. Wir empfanden die Wohnung als guten Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden.Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, die Betten sind bequem. Eine kleine Grundausstattung an Tee und Pulverkaffee waren vorhanden.Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine sondern Espressokännchen für den Gasherd.Die Übergabe der Wohnung war sehr gut. Uns wurde von Patricia alles genau erklärt. Bei Fragen war Sie immer für uns erreichbar.Die Autobahn verläuft unterhalb der Wohnung. Sie ist nicht zu sehen aber deutlich zu hören. Man gewöhnt sich an den Geräuschpegel und bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es ruhig im Haus.Fussläufig sind nur ein paar Restaurants erreichbar. Ein Auto ist unverzichtbar.Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen.

un superbe séjour

Maison très agréable et bien située, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et les îles borromées. Très confortable et bien équipée.Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique au bord du lac Majeur.On entend l'autoroute mais ce n'est pas pénible.

Un sejour parfait

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au bord du Lac Majeur à partir de la villa Primula. Accueil chaleureux et en français de Patrizia. La villa est parfaite, confortable, très bien aménagée avec une vue époustouflante sur le lac. On circule très bien pour les visites à partir de la villa. Attention cependant, on entend l autauroute qui passe juste en dessous de la villa. On ne la voit pas, mais elle est présente.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossn. Es wurde alles super erklärt von Patriziaund auch der Kontakt mit Ihr war freundlich und problemlos. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, auch in der Küche. Der einzige Makel, war der nächtliche Lärm der Autobahn bei offenem Fenster.

Frühling am Lago Maggiore

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist geräumig und bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick aus dem Panoramafenster ist wunderschön. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto für alle Unternehmungen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist etwas feucht. Leider hört man sehr stark die unter dem Haus vorbeilaufende Autobahn.

Super Lage

Die Wohnung bietet einen tollen Blick auf den See und auf 2 der Inseln. Küche hat alles was man braucht, Betten waren gut. Gute Ausgangslage für Trips auf die Inseln. Ohne Auto geht jedoch wenig. Wir haben meistens kostenlos am Bahnhof von Baveno geparkt. Von dort ist es ein kurzer Fußweg zur den Schiffen und Fähren. Fußläufig vom Appartment gibt es 2 empfehlenswerte Lokale mit regionaler Küche. CheckIn mit Patrizia hat auf englisch super und schnell geklappt. Sie war auch so lieb und hat uns die Heizung angemacht, weil es Anfang Mai etwas frisch war. Kontakt zur Agentur eher schwierig. Bei einer Anfrage hat uns der virtuelle Cat nicht weitergeholfen, da habem wir uns im Kreis gedreht und dann aufgegeben. Telefonisch haben wir es nicht versucht.

Annonce conforme à la réalité, très belle situation

Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, la maison est très propre et bien équipée. La seule difficulté est de la trouver mais cela est dû aux noms des rues (chercher le restaurant La Rampolina). Le contact avec Patrizia est parfait, très fluide ! Possible d'échanger avec elle par mail et par WhatsApp. Le must de la maison est sa vue magnifique sur les iles Borromée, très belle de jour mais amplifiée la nuit avec toutes les lumières. Nous avons fait un excellent séjour dans la maison de Patrizia. Merci !

Ne cherchez pas le nom de la rue proposée dans l'adresse ... Demander plutôt à Patricia de vous attendre à un endroit défini ... sinon ... Cul de sac garanti large comme une Fiat 500 . Après séjour formidable garanti
