Kima Condominium is located at 14300 Gulf Blvd. at Madeira Beach, Florida, just 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. HAS INTERNET. Fishing, boating, swimming, relaxing sunsets, shell seeking, sun bathing, restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing excursions, gambling cruises and world famous JOHNS PASS VILLAGE are all within walking distance for your enjoyment. This condo has a beautiful beach/ocean front view from the living/dining area and master bedroom. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has a tv in each bedroom and a flat screen tv in the living room. The building has a heating pool, sun bathing deck and an elevator and two staircases. Saturday to Saturday rentals only. We love pets but they are not allowed.

Just a short drive to St. Petersburg/Clearwater and its attractions (Pier, Dali Museum, Baseball Spring Training, golf/tennis) is only 20 minutes away; Tampa has a beautiful aquarium and Busch Gardens are 45 minutes away. Orlando and its attractions (Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World) is less than 2 hours away!
We have an extra large open air balcony and the best rates on the beach!!! You would be renting from an owner and we pass the savings along to you so you, we have may guest that return year after year and know you will have a great time and would want to return again and again.
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, bedroom/ bath

The main/master bedroom has a nice soft-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a nice soft sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping people.

Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxing things and later watch the sunset from the off the room.

Great review. Renters left condo difficult to clean. Sink totally blocked by washing sand from sea shells collected. Part of group if other condo renters. Prefer not to rent to then in future

A perfect stay!

The property and condo were very clean and well kept. Just a few steps from the beach! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. You can’t beat the view and location for the price. We will stay here again!

Condo with a great view of the Gulf.

Can see dolphins daily from your balcony. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is very convenient. The pool is heated and clean. Less than a mile walk to John's Pass.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be in regards to the cleanliness and comfort of beds. Both were lacking. A small investment into a more efficient cleaner and some softer bedding could go a long way. Great location, easy to access.

Nice place to stay

We were quite pleased with the property overall and the location is fantastic. The pool area is very nice and security is very thorough. The only major problem was that all of the dishes had to be washed before we could use them. They had all been put away dirty and with food residue all over them. We will definitely consider another stay in the future.

Family vacation on the beach

The view is wonderful. The location is also nice. There were a few beach toys that were a nice surprise. The unit had some issues which the owner did get to ASAP. Needs some new pillows and blankets. Especially in the small bedroom. Overall we had a good time!

These guests did not follow our rental instructions so we could have resolved their issues. People don’t need blankets when temp is in middle 90’s. Their review is alt different than normal reviews.

This was a last minute destination change. Will definitely be back. The view is perfect on the balcony as we watched the dolphins swim the beach everyday. Condo is cozy and has adequate room space for 5 people with two bathrooms ,a major plus for getting ready to go out.

We had a GREAT Time!

Property was right on the beach. The rooms were nice, it was great having a separate bathroom for the kids. Very convenient to have washer, dryer, stove and a refrigerator. I had coffee on the balcony every morning while watching the dolphins going up and down the coast. Walking distance to John's Pass, food, entertainment. Grocery store within a mile. Plenty for teenagers to do. We enjoyed it, and will be booking again for next year. Thanks

July vacation with red tide

Place was spacious. Older furniture but it worked. Only stayed half the time due to red tide and didn’t go in the water. Otherwise place is priced accordingly. Charles was nice and was very responsive. Have good recommendations

Great View for the Value!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach!! Great view from the 3rd floor. Easy access to the parking lot and close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of things to do in the area like shopping at John's Pass, Mini Golf at Smugglers Adventure and night walks on the beach. (BRING FLASH LIGHTS!). Few favorite restaurant we had were Conch Republic and Sea Breeze where you can eat outside on the inlet (Waterview). White beach chairs cannot be removed from property, local beach cabana company allows you to rent chairs on the beach (which we did the whole week, ($8/Chair or 2/$15).

Why they chose this property

Kima condos is a 30 unit building only 1 mile from famous John's Pass Village. HAS INTERNET/WIFI. The building has an elevator with 2 stairways. The POOL is seasonally heated and has chairs along with lounge chairs and concrete picnic tables, you can rinse off at at foot or full body shower outside. The private patio is only a few yards to the water.
The property is so convenient to Winn Dixie Grocery, a mile away and Publix only 2 miles.

What makes this property unique

The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful white sand and warmer waters than the Atlantic. The gulf gives you beautiful sunsets, get for photographs. The beach is wide enough to fly a kite, recline in the sun without the big crowds of narrow beaches. You can even enjoy the pool with an ocean view. We like to eat early so we do not miss the sunsets which is the best time to be on the beach. Hearing the waves break from the private balcony is very relaxing and there is also the view of the bay from the front door entrance to enjoy. We will try to honor your request for a specific unit but we can not guarantee it. All Kima Condos face the gulf/beach and are 2BD/2BTH with the same floor plan and amenities. The pool has gated entrance and many lounge and chairs to enjoy the sun. Kima is one of the best condos on Madeira Beach. Has internet/wifi.
