This Kima unit has a beautiful sought after 2 bedroom 2 bathroom gulf front condo. Enjoy the gulf view and flat screen tv from Madeira Beach Florida. The master has a king size bed and flat screen tv and private full bathroom with shower stall. Have access to the balcony that has a beach front view with lounge chairs and table. The sunsets from the unit are just beautiful. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. Just off the second bedroom is a full guest bathroom. Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen with a view of the ocean. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen and the kitchen is open to the dining area. Kima condos has some of the best views on the beach. The living area has a 42 inch flat screen TV and a leather sofa with two other chairs. Pastel colors and beach decor complete the unit. Wifi and a reserved parking space just adds to the amenities of this unit.
The building offers use of a swimming pool which is heated year round. There are lounge chairs available for use along with several picnic tables. An outside shower is available to wash any sand away before enjoying the pool. An advantage to Kima is the pool and patio area which offer a view of the ocean and sunsets every evening.
John's Pass Village is just a short walk away. You'll find shopping, dining and multiple water sport rental shops one mile down Gulf Boulevard. You can walk down to John's Pass from the beach side and enjoy dinner or a drink from one of the many restaurants and take Uber back to the condo, its fun! There are so many other things to do in the area or just relax on the beach.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. I give it 5 stars for location… right on the beach, 1 mile from Johns Pass, restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic balcony to watch the sunsets & hear the waves. We hope to stay here again next year.

Condo was conveniently located with a great view of the beach and had everything we needed including beautiful weather for our weeks stay. Only annoyance was the person who kept parking in our assigned spot. Will be returning.

Beach Vacation

Overall we had a great experience. The beach is wonderful, clear water, and not that crowded. Had daily sightings of dolphins and manatees! Condo is a little outdated, but it had everything we needed. Suggest you supply more silverware and maybe a streaming device for the main television.

Property had good natural light and the balcony looked out onto the beach!

The property was as advertised. It’s right on the beach and you are able to rent chairs and awnings. I’m kind of a neat freak, so it was not as clean as I’d prefer. The bathroom off the main bedroom is dark and could use added lighting.

Amazing beach, great location, awesome sunset balcony. Would recommend and stay again. Poor communication with property manager, listing said sleeps 5, but only sleeps 4. Called manager on first day as he insists for communication and he never called back or messaged. Had to buy an air mattress, only issue on an otherwise perfect trip

While 4 stars is great & we appreciate it it might have been better if renter made a second call or text. Maint was suppose to put an extra bed in condo but didn’t. Property manager relies on texts per rental instructions.

The view from the condos balcony was nice. This is our 3rd year staying in Madeira and we felt that for the price we paid for this condo, it should have been updated! The carpet in the condo was really bad also (multiple stains).

Glad you liked the view. We do ask guest to call if anything needs attention once guest arrive so we can take care of any issues. No call about the carpet. Also, we provide pictures of the unit and the rate for the unit. This is what this traveler chose. Our rates reflect the units. No issues in the past and more updates units rent for more.

Million Dollar View

This condo did not disappoint! The view is priceless. The large balcony was relaxing to watch the dolphins swim by every day. The condo is clean and spacious. It's located on the top floor, corner unit, so it's very quiet. Madeira beach is a beautiful beach and you can walk for miles. The pool is refreshing to go for a dip after a long walk. There are many restaurants you can easily walk to or go for a short drive to find other local eateries. The parking spot is under the covered building, so your car doesn't get stifling hot from sitting in the sun. There are beach chairs and umbrellas right outside the condo that can be rented for $16 for 2 chairs or $25 for 2 chairs and umbrella for the day (the guy will come around and collect). Highly recommend this condo!

We loved this condo the second we pulled up to it. 501 a corner unit is on the 5th floor. The balcony is huge with 2 tables and 4 chairs. You can see for miles! Saw Dolphins almost every morning!!! There is a patio door in living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is large and everything is there you need. Refrigerator has ice maker which was great to put in cooler for beach. Large dining room table w/5 chairs. Washer and dryer was a lifesaver. The view from every room in this condo was breathtaking!! Master bedroom was huge with a king size bedroom and a master bath with double mirrors and walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Closet full of liens and beach toys and coolers!! We bought some beach toys and also left there for next family to use! The Beach is amazing with white sand and crystal clear water. You can rent 2 beach chairs and umbrella for 25 a day!! Very short walk to beach!!!! Beach was not crowded in front of condo!!! Tons of restaurants and shops near by!! John’s Pass is a mile away! Lobby and Elevator was cleaned everyday!!! Pool was a good size and clean. We would definitely stay here again at Madeira Beach!!

Great location, right on the beach.

The location of the Condo is great and the View is Amazing!! Everything about the location is great with John's Pass being right down the road. However....The property owner does not communicate with his renters at all!! This was our first time ever doing anything like this and we did not know how to do everything. There is no lobby or desk person to ask questions. All we had was the property owner..who NEVER answered my call or text about how to get in. We stood outside for quite a while before another condo renter came around and was able to explain how they got in. There was another family that was there and waited days for Charles to get back with them about a question they had. SO we were not the only ones with that issue. The condo did not have a fully furnished kitchen. The floors were filthy. My feet turned black from walking on them. The counters were not clean. I took a lysol wipe to them and it came out black!! My family and I will be back to Florida...just not renting anything through this gentleman again.

Property Manager on duty failed to respond to renters call. Owner Charles was off duty that weekend. Guests sent rental info with all necessary info for checking into unit & are requested to text instead of calling for any issues upon arrival or during their stay for record keeping purposes. Majority of resort condos on Madeira do not have on site check - in. Bldgs only 5 floors. Steps taken with Property Mgr to ensure proper communication.same cleaner cleans same unit and always gets 5 star review. Renter never contacted us after 1st day. We’d send cleaner back.

This renter paid lowest rent for a 2/2 beachfront condo for a holiday week and expectedly a luxury place where everything is given to them free. Please look at other reviews that are all 5 star. Renter did not follow instructions and let owner know of any issues that could be addressed.. Also if renter was not happy why didn’t they leave & request a refund. We can’t improve unless renters let us know what to improve. I don’t even think renter even wanted to come to Fla. They also left condo extremely messy which took cleaner extra time to clean

Pleasant stay with breathtaking views

Overall our stay was pleasant. The owner was responsive to our needs and the views from the corner unit were breathtaking. As has been already stated, the condo could use some updating, but we understand that the price reflects this. Cleanliness was average but not excellent. Some linens need replacing. If you are looking for a beautiful beach with sunsets to match and your expectations are in line with the price, this place is for you.

Why they chose this property

Kima Condos is a 30 unit building, just 1 mile from famous John's Pass Village. HAS INTERNET/WIFI. The building has an elevator with 2 stairways. The POOL is seasonally heated and has chairs along with lounge chairs and concrete picnic tables, you can rinse off at at foot or full body shower outside. The private patio is only a few yards to the water.
The property is so convenient to Winn Dixie Grocery, a mile away and Publix only 2 miles.

What makes this property unique

The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful white sand and warmer waters than the Atlantic. The Gulf gives you beautiful sunsets, great for photographs. The beach is wide enough to fly a kite, recline in the sun without the big crowds of narrow beaches. You can even enjoy the pool with an ocean view. We like to eat early so we do not miss the sunsets which is the best time to be on the beach. Hearing the waves break from the private balcony is very relaxing and there is also the view of the bay from the front door entrance to enjoy. We will try to honor your request for a specific unit but we can not guarantee it. All Kima Condos face the gulf/beach and are 2BD/2BTH with the same floor plan and amenities. The pool has a gated entrance and many lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. Kima is one of the best condos on Madeira Beach. Has internet/wifi.
