Welcome to our beautiful Paradise Found Villa located on the island of Great Exuma, Bahamas. The location of this villa provides magnificent views of Elizabeth Harbor, Stocking Island, Hooper's Bay, Jolly Hall and offshore cays right out your front door. Water and beach views from the patio, dining room, living room and master bedroom.
Paradise Found is perfect for couples, friends or a family wanting extra space with three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. The villa has many extras including, a full kitchen, internet, 3-flat screen TV's, DVD player with movie library, board games, books, gas grill, and beach accessories that include 3- kayaks, paddle board, ice chest and water toys. Our villa has over 1800 sq. ft. of outdoor living space with an enclosed screened patio, tiki bar, outdoor shower and a large waterfront deck where you can sunbathe or enjoy the sounds of the surf mere steps away. It's always Happy Hour here with the addition of the TIKI BAR. Paradise Found is equipped with amenities to ensure you have the comforts of home and much more on your holiday.
We are steps from the pristine clear blue waters of Elizabeth Harbor and Jolly Hall. You can swim, fish and find great snorkeling right in front of Paradise Found Villa. Enjoy the spectacular views while you sit on the patio or in the sandy sunbathing area. From here you can watch for the occasional dolphin, sea turtle, stingray swim by or any one of the numerous seabirds fly overhead. A 1/2 mile walk or short drive from the villa you will find a stunning secluded beach at Jolly Hall and also a short drive is Hooper's Bay beach. Swim in the turquoise waters, sunbathe on the white sand beach, find starfish and sand dollars right offshore. At Hooper's Bay you can snorkel and see many sea turtles.
You will find many offshore cays to explore by renting your own boat or by taking a tour. There is great bone fishing, kayak tours of Moriah Harbor National Park or take an exciting tour up the cays to see the swimming pigs. You will discover why Pirates of the Caribbean and Johnny Depp chose to film and buy a home on these pristine cays.

Why they chose this property
After traveling in the Caribbean for several years, in 2006 we came across the peaceful and beautiful islands of the Exumas. Our family fell in love with the people and natural scenery of this Bahamian island and we have returning almost exclusively ever since. In 2017 we decided to make Exuma our permanent home away from home and purchased "Paradise Found". This secluded villa is nestled on 2.5 acres of coastline property and has spectacular views of Exuma's Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. Our extended family enjoys the peaceful surroundings and we hope you do as well.
What makes this property unique
The home sits on 2 1/2 acres and has spectacular views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island from inside the home, on the large outdoor patio, and sandy lounging area. Walk down to the water and jump right in. It has a sandy bottom, and steps down to the water. Lounge and watch the sea life swim and the island birds fly by. Enjoy the early morning sunrise over Stocking Island while you enjoy your first cup of morning coffee or tea. Enjoy evenings of fun and relaxation at the villa Tiki Bar. It's said to be one of the best on the island. :)
