At 3 km from the motorway exit of Pescara nord and 10 from the center of Pescara in a residence completely immersed in the completely enclosed green condominium with concierge service. Il signor Maurizio ci ha fatto sentire a casa , bellissima accoglienza, tutto perfetto e massima disponibilità. Appartamento ben arredato e con tutti i confort,e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Ci ha riservato un posto auto all'interno del residence sebbene non fosse compreso. Ottima esperienza
