We were 7 adults, so finding 4 bedroom accommodations are always tricky. The layout would have been perfect. However, only 2 bedrooms had air conditioning. The mosquitos were out so sleeping with windows open was less than desirable and it was very hot during the day. This was not nearly as egregious as the disgustingly dirty conditions of the kitchen, floors and bathrooms, which we did not notice until we started trying to cook dinner and take showers. The stove didn't work correctly - could barely cook our salmon. The dishwasher, while it worked, had a broken drawers and door. The washing machine needed 'special handling' of the door to close it enough to get it to start. To add insult to injury the power went off at 10pm which the owner did get back on after a while, but then it went off at appx 1:10am and didn't come back on until 6:10am. In deference to the owner, we waited until 4am to start sending him texts and calling him. We left that morning. We resolved our issues in conjunction with VRBO and the owner and headed to a hotel.

I am really sorry that the guests was not happy and for this I apologize, of course there have been some inconveniences but I always try to help my guests. The announcement states that air conditioning is present only in some rooms, while mosquito nets are in all bedrooms. other problems such as the washing machine and dishwasher are solved just have some small precautions. I'm very sorry about housekeeping I and professional woman cleaned everything for 6 consecutive hours, probabily was no perfefect but no so dirty. Finally i restarted immediatly the power there wer toomany device in use the second time went off not only in my house, f they had woken me I would have easily reactivated the switch. I apologize again but I have been receiving guests for years and no one has ever left however everything was fixed

Abbiamo soggiornato per 15 gg affittando l’intera casa essendo un gruppo di 9 persone.Il proprietario Ezio e il suo papà sono persone molto gentile e disponibile. Il cane, Bernardo, molto bravo e coccoloso quindi adatto a bambini.La villa ha un grandissimo potenziale: spazi molto ampi e vista sul mare meravigliosa peccato sia trascurata e sporca.Il mobilio è molto retrò, il che non sarebbe un problema se non fosse per la pessima manutenzione e cura dello stesso in quanto rotto/malfunzionante e sporco. Attrezzatura della cucina pessima: piatti spaiati/ sbeccati, pentole graffiate e insufficienti per l'utilizzo per un gruppo di 9 persone. Grave carenza di pulizia dimostrata dalla presenza di muffa sulla guarnizione del frigorifero della cucina, formata in anni di trascuratezza. I bagni al piano superiore sporchi e pieni di calcare, le piastrelle macchiate e appiccicose; in uno dei due l’acqua della doccia scende a filo rendendo quasi impossibile lavarsi, il soffione con presenza di muffa. Sul terrazzo e nella lavanderia si trovano attrezzature rotte (sedia sfondata, 1 stendipanni su 2 utilizzabile); rimasugli di ospiti precedenti che vengono conservati (spazzolini, dentifrici, sigarette elettroniche)..il tutto contribuisce a rendere un ambiente potenzialmente spettacolare in uno spazio trasandato e stantio.casa adatta a soggiorni di 1 notte ma non oltre. Ci spiace lasciare un commento negativo ma speriamo possa servire al Sig. Ezio come spunto di miglioramento.

We will definitely come back

We had a great stay at Ezio's. Villa Peppe is very spacious and in a great location, close to the sea and several restaurants. When we're coming back to Francavilla, we'll definitely go there. My whole family enjoyed the time there.

Ideal pour des vacances en famille.

Propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique. La maison offre une vue superbe sur la mer. Nous avons séjourné en famille (7 personnes) Ses 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains ont permis à chacun de garder son intimité.

Все супер, отдыхали с 14.06.2014г. по 05.07.2014г. компанией 14 человек (7 детей и 7 взрослых) из Республики Беларусь, все отлично и место и дом и главное сам Ezio (собственник дома), очень гостепреимный, отзывчивый человек, помог во всем (с обеспечением, велосипедами, автомобилями и т.д.).
