Private villa with tranquility, beautiful view and private swimming pool

Enjoy the real Dalmatia in this complete holiday home in Gornja Podstrana. The villa with space for 8 people is fully equipped. You enjoy peace and privacy in this pleasant mountain village. The villa consists of a large house with 2 bedrooms and 5 comfortable sleeping places. In the garden house there is another place for 2 people. In total you have 3 bathrooms at your disposal and of course there is a private outdoor swimming pool. The house also has an extensive kitchen with all appliances. Also there is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. In 2022 the house was renovated and at ground floor new furniture was added.
Outside you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. This is possible from the large garden or from your spacious terrace that is accessible from every bedroom.
Podstrana beach with beach bars is located at the bottom of the mountain. So you only have to go down the mountain to relax on the beach.
Split is also only 11 kilometers from the house.
Do you like good food? Then you can walk to one of the two restaurants in the village. Is an active holiday more for you? Then it is good to know that anything is possible in the immediate vicinity. From zip lines, rafting and canyoning to diving and sailing.

CORONA UPDATE:
Currently we are taking extra good care of the hygiene in and around the villa. While cleaning, we use desinfecting soap and bedlinnen and toewels are cleaned at high temperature.

Brilliant accommodation, clean and well equipped . Perfect for a large group with a homely feel and modern interior. Views are amazing, however would recommend having a car as there isn’t a lot in walking distance.

Private villa in Podstrana

The stay was fantastic with a spectacular view of Split, especially at night. Even though the house is located about 350 m above sea level, about 10 min drive uphill from Podstana Beach on curvy roads, in a small village with two fantastic restaurants, it’s a gorgeous place. The main house and pool house was well equipped and functioned very well. Just be aware there is no AC in one of the bedrooms upstairs in the main house. Some of the sun umbrellas and sun chairs was outdated and damaged. The balcony around the house upstairs needed cleaning due to many bird droppings. Besides these small issues we can only recommend the place

Das Haus liegt hoch am Berg und ist einzigartig.Diesen Ausblick auf Split und auf mehreren Inseln sensationell.An diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.Man muss auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben, denn fussläufig ist was anderes😂Vielen Dank an Antonio

Like a dream in Croatia

Just wonderful. Very lovingly and well furnished holiday home. Incredibly great view. Quiet and perfect with the two taverns in the neighborhood away from mass tourism. We recommend.
