Why Tony chose Boscombe
Beautiful recently refurbished top floor flat situated between Bournemouth and Boscombe. We decided to use advertise on here to share it with people that want to experience Dorset and explore its hidden gems. The flat is 10 minutes walk to from beach, 10 minutes walk to the town centre and it’s amazing bars, coffee shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Boscombe and 5 minutes walk to the train and bus station. 10 minutes walk to the local Asda and 5 minutes to the local Co op.
What makes this Apartment unique
he space The flat is recently refurbished throughout with wooden flooring in the lounge and new low pile carpets throughout which is useful for people that have an active beach based lifestyle. The lounge is large, light and comfy with a large sofa - able to accommodate 5/6 people. The kitchen is also recently refurbished with a new work top, oven and hob. Some would say it’s small I describe it as “compact”, with baking trays, chopping boards, cooking utensils and the white goods. There is also a washer drier available for your use. Both bedrooms are double bedrooms, as pictured. There is a hoover underneath the ottoman bed in the master bedroom. An iron and ironing board are also on hand for your use. Although everything will be clean on arrival, fresh linen and towels can be found in the wardrobe draws. The bathroom is also recently refurbished with a new shower installed. The bath is also fully functional. Brand new smart electric oil filled radiators also installed throughout for your comfort. Guest access Access to the flat is via a secure communal door to the building- keys will be provided when I meet you. Other things to note There is no WiFi - however the is a TV available for use in the lounge.
