Why they chose this property

This property is available for all of Masters week for 5000.00. The house is a real gem. Please call me direct (at 510-501-0875) and I can provide better photos, The yard is a perfect double lot with outside barbecue and fenced yard--absolutely perfect for entertaining. You will have the local paper and NY Times delivered each morning. The house is wi-fi loaded with Netflix and has large flat paneled TV's in every room. Great laundry are available for your use.

My wife and I bought this house last summer. We hope to find the perfect tenant that will return each year. Guaranteed that this will be one of the greatest Masters values in town.
