I would ONLY ever go back to this place based on the location, the rest of the place is HORRIBLE. The host is horrible, never answers, makes false promises, and truly I don’t think cares about his guests. In one day, the power went off over 10 times (I actually stopped counting because I thought it was ridiculous each time it went off after). The host never came ONCE to ensure we were okay, and half the time never answered my messages or phone calls about the power being off. The one time he did answer he said “all looks good on my end”, which I wish I was joking, but sadly I’m not. Finally he told us how to go turn the power breaker back on for the whole building! When we arrived there was no dish soap, so I requested some. Never got any. Another time we were locked out of our place due to the automatic door lock not working, he answered the call & unlocked the door remotely & said someone would change the batteries the next day by 1100, I said we would be gone but someone could come in without us being there. We returned at 1215 and the door lock still was dead. I called him 5 times & no answer. I only got ahold of him when the VRBO team reached out to him & my aging parents found the maid and asked her to change the batteries, which she informed them that she was never told to change the batteries! Horrible place, even worst host. Only stay here if it’s the last place downtown or you enjoy sleeping in 30 heat cause your power might be off and your host won’t care!

Though we care about our reputation and our guests We can’t spend time to answer to lies and false information especially to those kind of guests that think that they can black mail the host for compensation. Unfortunately this is the kind of guests you are and thank goodness you are only one. Our accommodation gets excellent reviews from normal guests and we appreciate them. Honestly we do not need guests of your kind. By the way I have to refer about the broken painting 🖼️ that you left back without even say sorry. Good luck.

Beschreibung stimmt nicht mit den Örtlichkeiten überein

Leider stimmen die sehr gut gemachten Bilder und die Beschreibung nicht mit den Örtlichkeiten überein. Es gab nur 2 separate Schlafzimmer die nicht gesondert mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet waren. Unser Schlafzimmer war nicht klimatisiert was bei 45 Grad in der Stadt schon eine Zumutung war. Letztendlich war die Wohnung enttäuschend, da wir nicht wie beschrieben, 3 sondern nur 2 separate Schlafzimmer hatten, die gar nicht oder nur unzureichend klimatisiert waren. Es war auch nicht der 2. Stock wie beschrieben sondern der 4. Stock. Die Beschreibung mag vielleicht auf eine Wohnung im Haus zugetroffen haben, auf unsere leider nicht. Würde ich nicht mehr mieten.
