Newly renovated and tastefully furnished in a modern style, the villa consists of a spacious living room with access to a covered terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower. Adjacent to the villa, there is an annex with double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living room.
On the roof of the villa, you will find a large panoramic solarium terrace to enjoy the awe-inspiring view of the sea of Cala Girgolu and Tavolara Island, and a few steps away you can make use of the barbecue area with stone oven.
