It was really great to stay in this house as a group! We’ve been 11 people and we had enough common space and privacy at least the same time because of all the rooms. All the rooms where clean as well as the outdoor area and the two outdoor showers. Enough bathrooms and shaded areas for everyone and the location in San Teodoro was just perfect .. 5min walk to the beach and 10mim walk to the city center! The communication with the host was super easy and helpful. Same with the check in and out .. no problems! Looking forward for the next time ;)

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in San Teodoro. The view was spectacular, the house was spacious, and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats. The villa offered everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. While some areas could benefit from a bit more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this did not take away from our overall positive experience. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this villa to other guests. Grazie mille!

A true gem in San Teodoro

My friends and I had the most incredible time staying at this stunning villa in San Teodoro. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of perfection. The villa itself is a true gem. It's spacious, beautifully designed across 2 floors, and has incredible balcony and garden views of the coastline. The location of the villa was also ideal. It provided a peaceful and private retreat, yet it was conveniently close to beautiful Ambra beach, the Ambra nightclub, and the town centre. We explored the local culture, indulged in delectable Sardinian cuisine, and made unforgettable memories.

Joe

The house is specious and has a beautiful panorama. It is located within walking distance to the town's center, shops, bars, and even one of the many beaches that are in the area. The house not only located close to everything, it is also located in a quiet side of the town which that made the stay even better since it was so close to everything. The house had many amenities, and outdoor show and BBQ which were very convenient as well and those were the icing on the cake. I would recommend this house for a family, or multi families as it is a larger home that is also pretty private due to its multi levels. Thanks for the hospitality Daniele and I will definitely stay here again when I will be visiting the San Teodoro area.

Praktische, ruhige Lage, schoene Aussicht, etwas ungepflegt

Thanks Peter, what you write is true, I will immediately change the external equipment and pay more attention to cleaning the house. For the accumulated rubbish I repeatedly called the Municipality of San Teodoro but they did not take away all the accumulated rubbish. See you soon, Daniele

Casa spaziale, perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista, e sopratutto, cosa non banale oggi giorno, esattamente uguale a come descritta nell’annuncio. Perfect villa for a mixed group of friends!

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa and we loved it. The villa had improved since our last visit in 2019 with a new garden gazebo, patio, BBQ and downstairs bathroom. We were a large mixed group and all of us enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended!
