"Between the sea and the countryside" because 5 minutes from the sea, but in the countryside, in a large piece of land among the olive trees, to be able to rest in the cool, away from the chaos of the coast road and the bars.
The accommodation of about 80 square meters is available in full and large surrounding fenced area.

Nous avons énormément apprécié l'emplacement stratégique de la maison : être à seulement 5 km de Manduria nous a permis de nous y rendre à vélo pour faire nos courses quotidiennes.L'endroit est en pleine campagne, entouré d'oliviers et de vignes. La tranquillité y règne, mis à part un passage de voitures un peu plus important durant le week-end.La maison dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner, ainsi que d'un système de climatisation très performant.Enfin, le propriétaire, Antonio, s'est révélé être l'un des meilleurs hôtes que j'aie jamais rencontrés, faisant preuve d'une réactivité impressionnante à toutes nos questions

Bonjour, Le logement est très bien. Bien équipé et agréable . Juste la surprise que le propriétaire demande une caution supplémentaire de 200€. (Surtout pour les dépassements d'électricité). Le forfait d'électricité est assez large pour ne pas dépasser. La principale activité du coin est la plage de San Pietro? Sable blanc et peu profonde. idéale pour les enfants. Le gros point faible . Le wifi ne marche pas ou très très peu... Le logement est aussi difficile à trouver une procédure avec des photos ou vidéo serait la bienvenue

Tra ulivi e primitivo

Villetta in campagna molto bella e confortevole. Dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. A 7 km dal mare immersa nel verde delle viti e degli ulivi. Antonio il proprietario, gentilissimo e disponibile.

Un'oasi di tranquillità

La casa è molto bella, nuova, pulita e con tutti gli accessori necessari (comprese zanzariere ad ogni finestra e scuri chiudibili con serratura...) esattamente come si vede nelle foto. Si trova a pochi chilometri dal mare in una zona molto tranquilla e arieggiata. Quello che comunque più ci ha fatto piacere è la massima disponibilità di Antonio che è stato davvero un proprietario premuroso e gentile. Consigliatissimo!
