Nice and equipped newly renovated apartment on three levels and is located in Agrustos (Budoni), located 30 km from Olbia. It is a comfortable and peaceful base for visiting all the most beautiful beaches on the north-east coast of Sardinia.
It is less than 1 km from Porto Ottiolu and 10 minutes from the beaches of Budoni and San Teodoro (La Cinta).
The apartment consists of:
- Eat-in kitchen with double sofa bed
- double bedroom with veranda overlooking the sea
- double room with veranda
- two bathrooms with shower
- basement lounge with laundry
- appurtenant courtyard with outdoor shower, sink and barbecue
- uncovered parking space.

Available from August, it is suitable to comfortably accommodate one or two families and is equipped with all the comforts to better enjoy your holiday. Inside it is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with satellite system.
The outdoor area with barbecue can be used for outdoor dining.
