The best location for a relaxing vacation!

We had the best time at Laura’s place. Great location, a short drive from the best beaches and a short walk from restaurants and shops. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. A big thank you to Sonia, who was very kind and helpful. Grazie Laura per una vacanza perfetta in un luogo da sogno, e grazie Sonia per la magnifica accoglienza.

The accomodation is cosy and very clean. It includes all the appliances mentioned in the description. The view from the balcony is great. We made good use of the airco, it was a very hot weather. We had good contact with the landlady (Laura) who promptly answered our questions. And with Sonia who welcomed us

Beautiful apartment w amazing views

We had a fantastic holiday in Laura’s apartment. It’s really well laid out, fully equipped, comfortable, supremely clean, homely and with the loveliest of views. This was amazingly outdone by the very charming and generous Sonia - Sonia was communicative, gracious and capable, w lots of recommendations and tips. We’d be very happy indeed to stay again. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin Laura und Verwalterin Sonia war super angenehm! Sie standen uns während unseres Aufenthalts immer zur Seite :)Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Der Blick auf den Hafen und vor allem das Meer ist wunderschön! Auf dem Balkon kann man gemütlich sitzen, essen und den Blick genießen. Eine Markise ist vorhanden und die Klimaanlage kühlt die Wohnung bei Bedarf. Die Küche ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend, um zu kochen. Eine Spülmaschine sowie eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich sind freundlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Unser Fazit: Wir haben uns in Porto San Paolo und in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Woche

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Ausflug mit dem Schiff nach Tavolara ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Einfach schön!

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir haben es genossen, dass im Juni nach wenig Touristen da waren. Im Ort hatte man den Eindruck, es wären hauptsächlich Italiener da. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Touren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für Familien mit kleinen Kinder ist es gut , für jugendliche Langweilig , das Meer in dieser Lage war nicht das beste aber es war sauber . Die Wohnung war so wie auf den Bildern sauber gemütlich ,toller Ausblick. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Sardinien

Die Wohnung von Laura, Sonia und Nicola ist wirklich toll. Wir waren zu fünft dort, ein 3-jähriges Kind und vier Erwachsene. Die Wohnung hat drei Schlafbereiche, einer davon ist offen über eine Gallerie ins Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss, ein kleines Kinderzimmer und ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Im Kinderzimmer sollte nach Möglichkeit auch nur ein Kind schlafen, mit zwei Kindern stelle ich es mir auf Dauer etwas eng vor. Die Küche und restliche Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, es gibt sogar zur Begrüßung Wasser und Saft im Kühlschrank, Süßwaren/Gebäck und auch schon ein bisschen Gewürze, Salz, Zucker, Öl, Tee und Kaffee .... Sodass man einen perfekten Start hat. Die Bäder und Küche sind modernisiert und sehr hübsch. Das Umfeld um die Wohnung ist eine Feriensiedlung, so würde ich es einschätzen. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da und es war sehr ruhig. Zum Strand läuft man in 5 Minuten, zum Auto in einer Minute und die ersten Restaurants sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ein stückchen entfernt (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß), hat aber alles, was man braucht. Das Weinregal würde ich mit einem gut sortierten Edeka vergleichen. Kurzum, die Lage ist Top. Sonia und ihr Mann Nicola übernehmen vor Ort die Betreuung. Das funktioniert sehr gut, auch wenn die Englischkenntnisse eingeschränkt sind. Kontakt gibt es per Whatapp und wenn etwas fehlt, helfen die beiden in wenigen Stunden. Soetwas erlebt man selten!

Belle vue

nos avons passés 10 jours dans cet appartement avec une vue sublime. Il est très bien situé pour se rendre à la plage à pied et entièrement rénové avec goût. La climatisation fonctionne correctement, il faut tout de même vider le réservoir régulièrement, si vous laisser la climatisation en route la nuit vous devrez vous lever minimum deux fois pour ne pas que cela déborde... et si vous décidez de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes vous aurez les bruits de la "fête forraine" qui est juste derrière l'appartement et des voitures qui circulent vite la nuit.... attendez vous à avoir des nuits entrecoupées! Le GROS POINTS NEGATIF (ARNAQUE) de cette annonce est sur l'équipement de l'appartement. Il est noté que le linge de maison est inclus, hors 1 mois avant votre voyage on vous demande si vous le voulez et si oui vus devrez payé 15 euros de supplément par personne????? Sachant que nous venions en avion nous n'avons pas eu le choix de rajouter 90 euros à notre budget location?!?!?

Traumhaft schön

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Laufweite zum Strand von Porto San Paolo. Der nächste Supermarkt ist max. 500 m entfernt, ebenso die nächsten Bars/Restaurants. Die Wohnung selber ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer und die Insel Tavolara. Die Organisation hat sehr gut funktioniert - auf Wunsch hätten wir sogar am Flughafen abgeholt werden können. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort :)

Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht; Früherer Check-In & späterer Check-Out war kostenfrei möglich; Tipps für Strände, Ausflüge & Restaurants via WhatsApp, wir waren sehr zufrieden, Extrakosten für Handtücher und Bettwäsche könnten schon in Objektbeschreibung angegeben werden, nicht erst nach Buchung - waren dann aber mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Alles in allem, Spitze!

La casa è accogliente e ben arredata. Posizione centrale per cui si possono raggiungere a piedi negozi, bar e la piccola spiaggia del paese. In macchina in pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge bellissime.
