Property was very close to the New Forest literally a stones throw away beaches are a 15 minute drive away which was excellent . . Plenty of parking. Annex was well equipped. Hosts were friendly . A couple of things to mention somewhere to hang wet towels would be good such as hooks on the bathroom door . And perhaps a couple of trays so you can eat on your lap if you want to .

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was a good size for 2, was well presented, comfortable and in a good location. Plenty of room outside and a good outlook. Our overall experience however was let down by not being given any useful access instructions for the property. We arrived after dark, were unable to locate the house, and unfortunately had to trouble a number of neighbours which was a bit embarrassing. Contact with the host was tricky due to the lack of 4G. Hence the lower overall rating. Otherwise probably would be a 5. I should add though that the housekeeper, once we did find the property was lovely and most welcoming. Overall, would certainly recommend, but just make sure you get proper directions, including the name of the house before you leave home.

This property is a comfortably sized annex attached to the bungalow of the owners and their dogs. It is on the edge of the New Forest. There are some walks into the forest and heathland from the property.It consists of a cosy sitting room with TV. This leads onto a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and then a shower room. From the sitting room a short corridor leads to a decent kitchen with fridge freezer, gas oven and hob and small microwave. There was also a dining table in this area.The view from the sitting room was onto a field with horses. As an added bonus you could enjoy views of aeroplanes on their final approach to Bournemouth airport!Overall it was exactly what I was looking for and I would certainly consider staying again
