Smart, spotless, comfortable and with everything well thought through and provided, this delightful studio barn made a perfect place to stay for three nights for my husband and I and our two dogs. We got clear instructions from Jane on how to find the property and Vincent could not have been more welcoming when we got there. The location is ideal for New Forest and South coast walks. If you're looking for a good local pub we thought the Hare and Hounds was by far the best nearby. All in all a really fabulous place to stay which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We have had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this holiday home to anyone visiting the New Forest.From the moment we arrived, Vincent and Jane were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and their excellent communication before and during our stay made everything effortless.The property itself was immaculate, finished to a very high standard and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was clear that a great deal of care and attention has gone into making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.As dog owners, we especially appreciated how genuinely dog friendly the property is. It wasn't simply a place that allows dogs – they are clearly welcomed. With plenty of nearby walks and the New Forest right on the doorstep, it was the perfect base for both us and Faith (our dog) to enjoy a relaxing holiday together.The location is perfect for exploring the area, with charming towns and villages all just a short drive away, making it an ideal base for discovering everything the area has to offer.Thank you for such a fantastic stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely book again in the future.

Lovely property, great location. We just met the one owner as his wife was away and he was very helpful. We dont often go back just because we like to try new places but this was so nice we might go back.

A lovely stay

We booked as a short escape for our wedding anniversary. Great base for visiting all the top attractions or just local walks. The hosts were very helpful and we have recommend to friends and family and will definitely consider booking the studio barn again.
