We had such a wonderful family holiday at Villa Papou. The view is incredible, the best we’ve ever had from a holiday villa. We sat outside on the balcony enjoying it every evening. The villa was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our children absolutely loved the pool and spent hours enjoying it, which made the holiday extra special for them.We also had great communication with Nicolas from start to finish. He was friendly, helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had any questions.We had a fantastic stay at Villa Papou and would highly recommend it to other families. We’d definitely love to come back!

Vacation Home ReviewWe had a wonderful family reunion with three families, including several children, and absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house is very spacious, with six bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it extremely comfortable for a larger group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay.The deciding factor for us was the incredible location and, above all, the breathtaking views. From the house, you can look out over the French Riviera and enjoy endless views of the Mediterranean Sea. The large outdoor dining area was another highlight and comfortably accommodated all 12–14 of us for meals together.Each bedroom has a fan, which was especially helpful during the hot summer nights in the South of France. Having a washing machine in the house was also a great convenience, particularly with a large family group.Overall, the house has everything you could want in a vacation home and is very well equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The nearest grocery store is conveniently located about an 8–10 minute drive away in the shopping center in Agay, where you will also find a handful of excellent restaurants. The walk to the beach in Agay from the house takes approximately 15–20 minutes, where you will find two beach restaurants/bars.The views from the property are truly spectacular and will take your breath away. Nicolas was a wonderful host—very attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay.

Incredible view of the Mediterranean. Quiet area with walking distance to several beaches and a shop that sells freshly baked baguettes. Very good train connections within walking distance. Close to nature and hiking. The house matches the pictures and description. The plot was fenced which is good when we have a dog. The owner of the house has been very easy to deal with and answered our questions quickly.

Wonderful poolhouse with magnificent view

The house is beautifully situated on the hillside with a wonderful view over the Antheor Bay. The pool and the area around it are perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The house is well laid out – we were three families and each had our own section of the house. The terrace with a large table was perfect for pleasant dinners.The house is located a bit up the hill, so walking up can be a bit strenuous. There are good train connections, with trains running every hour, and there’s a convenient walking path you discover after a day or so – unfortunately, it’s not included in the otherwise excellent guide provided before the visit.There’s parking for three to four cars. For grocery shopping, you’ll need a car or can take the train. There’s a beach within walking distance by the viaduct, and a few smaller ones that we didn’t quite manage to find.The host and his siblings were incredibly friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay.We can truly recommend this place!

Sehr hohe Verletzungsgefahr Eine Horde unerträglicher Ameisen in Küche, Küchenschränken und Badezimmern. Verfügbare Mülleimer zu klein für eine große Familie (15 Personen). Cher Goffin, conformément à la description, la maison est située sur une colline résidentielle, d'où la vue spectaculaire de 180 ˚sur la mer ; cela nous prend généralement la moitié du temps pour aller à l'épicerie, encore moins lorsque nous allons au camping en bas. C'est la première fois que nous recevons des commentaires sur l'escalier principal, qui est conforme; les marches près de la piscine sont peut-être un peu plus raides, mais vous devez évidemment surveiller les petits enfants avec la piscine à proximité. En ce qui concerne les poubelles et les meubles de patio, encore une fois, nous n'avons jamais eu de plaintes auparavant, désolé que vous ayez ressenti un tel désagrément. Les matelas sont faits pour utilisation au sol (trop épais pour des transats). Pour les fourmis, je suis sûr que sur un appel de votre part Alexandre ou moi-même aurions pû vous apporter des pièges, très efficaces et couramment vendus en grande surface. J'espère que ces désagrements ne vous ont pas trop gâcher votre séjour.

Magnifique séjour à la villa Papou !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à la villa Papou. La maison est très fonctionnelle et le cadre est magnifique: emplacement calme, vue imprenable, piscine/transats/hamac pour se détendre, grande terrasse pour partager de bons apéros/repas, intérieur bien organisé, table de ping-pong à l'ombre,... La région proche permet tout un tas d'activités diverses à quelques minutes. Nicolas (le propriétaire) et Alexandre (gestion location) sont très prévenants et disponibles pendant le séjour. Je recommande vivement.
