Located in the heart of the private and secure estate of Saut du Loup, the house is close to the sea and the beaches (600m).

Facing south, it features spacious living areas and large outdoor terraces to enjoy the sun and unforgettable moments of relaxation with family or friends.

Renovated in 2025, the property consists of a main house that is fully air-conditioned with 4 bedrooms and a separate studio.

All bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi, TV, and linens complete the amenities.

Garden, barbecue, heated swimming pool (on request) of 10x5m with infinity edge, sun loungers in the shade of olive trees and palm trees.
