Unfortunately a sink was missing from one of the two bathrooms. With six adults staying this was an unnecessary inconvenience. We were not informed in advance. While I sent a message to the “local” contact I did not receive a reply. VRBO did respond that apparently a prior guest had damaged the sink causing its removal. They gave me a small refund. The location is wonderful on the lake and if the weather was cooler and sink was in place it would have fully met expectations. Also there was an issue with the toilets that should be addressed so that they flushed properly.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We are glad you enjoyed the location on the lake. Regarding the sink, we are aware of the situation following damage caused by a previous guest, and we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. However, this is the first time we are hearing about any issue with the toilets, and we were not informed of it during your stay. We would have been happy to assist immediately had we known. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will look into it with our local team to ensure everything is in proper working order for future guests. Happy Rentals Team

Hier muss dringend was getan werden.

Rentals Team

Villa Martine Au Bord Du Lac
