Wonderful villa with swimming pool situated in a privileged seafront location in first line, modern and functional style with marvellous views to the whole Bay of Porto Colom, in Majorca.

Can Marilla is distributed over two floors, on the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with access to its splendid terraces with panoramic sea views, fully equipped kitchen, games room, guest toilet and one bedroom with bathroom en suite.

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.All rooms have access to the upper terrace surrounding the building with fabulous views over the bay of Porto Colom and the surrounding area.

Outside there is a swimming pool surrounded by lawn, furnished porches and barbecue area.

The house is only a few minutes away from the centre of Porto Colom, where you will find all the basic services.
