Holiday home Dolce Vita for 12 people on the outskirts of Portocolom, Mallorca, for rent. The house offers a large outdoor area with many amenities for an unforgettable holiday. Large swimming pool, chill-out area, several barbecues, games for children, and a garden with lawns and a small pond with fish.

The finca has two floors, each with a kitchen and a living room.

On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a breakfast bar, the living room with a dining table, and three bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds pushed together (which can be arranged as two single beds or a double bed) and an en-suite shower room. Another bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.

An external staircase on the side of the house leads to the first floor, where there is a second living room with access to a comfortable terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is located next to the living room. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a double bed (two mattresses joined together), and finally, a bedroom with two single beds. These bedrooms share two separate shower rooms.

Large swimming pool with massage jets on the steps and a terrace offering several relaxation areas. There is a large covered area fully equipped with tables, chairs, an outdoor kitchen, several barbecues, and a wood-burning stove. Games such as darts and cards are also available.

Air conditioning (heating/cooling) with fixed and limited operating times is available in the living room on the ground floor and in five of the six bedrooms.

The housekeeping staff lives in a small cottage in the garden.
