CasaMarita

Cleaning, hygiene and disinfection measures are scrupulously followed to make your stay safer. Apartment decorated by me with love for you. 400 m from the beach of S. Lorenzo, 4 m. walking, 10 m from the center and 1 km from El Molinón stadium and possibility of free parking, and Isabel la Católica park (worth visiting). There is another small park 50 m away. Possibility of a nearby garage, if you communicate in time (especially in high season, as there is a lot of demand). Other garages at 4 m. Surrounded by all services such as a supermarket 30 m away, greengrocers, bakeries, restaurants, hairdressers and all kinds of shops. Video intercom and security camera in the building. City gas heating and hot water. Hall-living room with flat TV, 3 bedrooms, one of them with flat TV, with a 1:50 bed, and a large built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, another room with a 1.35 bed and a 3-door wardrobe, another room with two 90 beds, It also has a wardrobe, with the possibility of one more bed on a three-seater sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a small step up. Not advisable for wheelchairs. With bed linen and bath towels 2 per person, to renew if the stay is longer than 7 nights, (if requested, and additional cost) a bathroom with towels and hairdryer, iron, and gel and shampoo. .., fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee makers, oven and microwave, iron and ironing board. The apartment is for 4 people and two minors maximum, I must add that if it exceeds more than 4 people, I will have to charge €15 more per person. Thanks for your understanding. Perfecto

El alojamiento esta bien situado. Lo tienes todo al lado (parque, cafeteria, comercio, panaderia,...). Hay parking muy cerca (5min.andando). Todo estaba limpio, aerado y tiene de todo, lavavajillas, maquina para la ropa y secadora. Lo unico es la cafetera que es cafetera italiana. 😆 Pero una mirada a YouTube y ya nos arreglamos. Para unos cafeteros como nosotros, nos habia mejor ido una normal que puedes hacer para mas tasas.😅 Repetiriamos sin duda! Gracias à Loly y a Marita para la attention!

Einfach top

Als erstes erwähnen möchten wir die super Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin. Sie unterstützte uns von der Buchung bis wir wieder zu Hause waren. Die Wohnung ist wirklich super toll gelegen, die Einrichtungen in gutem Zustand. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Muy buena ubicación y trato excelente

La ubicación es ideal para moverse por Gijón. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario. Tanto la anfitriona como la persona que nos dio las llaves han sido muy amables y consideradas, por un problema familiar tuvimos que alargar nuestra estancia y nos facilitaron todo. Muchas gracias por todo.

Una estancia acogedora

El apartamento se ajusta plenamente a las fotografías. Es amplio para las personas previstas y está todo perfecto. Únicamente señalaría que los electrodomésticos (lavavajillas y frigorífico) no funcionan muy bien. El resto fantástico.

Fantastico

Las fotos no hacen justicia a la luminosidad del piso. Es mucho mejor en él que en las fotos y muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado 5 minutos a playa y zona de bares. Piso nuevo y amplio con tv en salon y dormitorio principal. Suficiente espacio dr armarios y cocina amplia y con todo lo necesario. Muy recomendable. Agradecimiento especial para Loly siemple amable y atenta.
